Elastic Spacer

If space is needed between your teeth for an appliance, an elastic ring will be stretched and placed between your teeth. These rings will slightly push teeth apart, allowing bands to fit around your teeth once the rings are removed. 

Discomfort will be present due to the pressure between the teeth, using painkillers that day can help. Please do not eat sticky foods or floss in that area with these rings as they can fall out
